Once you have completed your order through our site you will need to:

1. Have custom molds completed by an audiologist. 

2. Send us your custom molds along with receipt. (Send to Peregrine Outdoor Products, 4317 North State Route 48, Unit 1, Lebanon, Ohio 45036)

When we receive your custom molds and receipt we will refund the amount you were charged for the molds up to $75.
