Instructions for use:
Simply insert the ShockEater® Recoil Pad into the shoulder pocket on your shooting garment (vest, shirt, jacket, etc.) with the flat side facing out. You are now ready to “Eat the Kick” and shoot more comfortably than ever before. Remove the recoil pad from the garment before dry cleaning or laundering.
I bought this in hope to reduce shoulder fatigue and I’m glad I did. I’ve shot 300 rounds using the shock eater and feel no fatigue in my should when done. Fits great in the heatwave mesh vest. Great quality and price. Makes for an easy day of shooting.
Added this to my Winter Coat order, helps reduce recoil of 1 1/8 oz. heavy target loads and at 1/4" thick does not make a noticeable difference in length of pull. The Coat pocket retains the pad in place quite well, to insert the pad fold it in thirds; Top down to the middle, bottom up to the middle, slip into pocket then unfold it into place.
I have a black wild hare vest and a blue and silver vest. I bought a shock eater pad for each. I shoot approximately 200+ rounds per outing without feeling it.
I have enjoyed using this recoid pad in my Wild Hare shooting vest. It is a tight fit getting it in but once in place it is effective in reducing felt recoil without significantly altering the length of pull. I would highly recommend it.

I have a bad rotator cuff so by the time I get to the last station I’m sore and missing birds. Not anymore! This works! And slips right in to the pocket in the coat. Great product!
